AKPole Studio is looking for pole instructors, administrative staff and management, housekeeping, social media, event organizing, and other positions. We offer internships for all of the above.
We are looking for proactive and creative individuals who are punctual, reliable, and have strong professional ethics. If you want to be a part of a space where pole and aerial art is being born, and professional growth and ambitions are supported, we’d like to meet you.

For New Instructors

A new instructor must be a consistent student of AKPole Studio for 6-12 months if they lack prior teaching experience.

A new instructor must successfully complete the AKPole Teacher Training Course , if they lack prior teaching experience. Exceptions are made instructors with experience 2+ years based on individual cases.

Cost of the Teacher Training - $1599.

Pay rates are $18 - $45 + based on instructor’s qualifications.
